This November, One Body Health & Wellness and Revel Saunas are coming together to host a morning dedicated to men’s health - both physical and mental.

You’ll experience:

    •    Rotations of infrared sauna and hot & cold recovery bath

    •    Honest and open conversations around men’s health and mental wellbeing, led by AJ Williams, founder of Revel Saunas

    •    Freshly brewed coffee from a local coffee van

    •    A morning of connection, conversation, and community
