Returns & Exchanges: If your item isn’t what you expected, you can return or exchange it within 14 days—just make sure it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

 

Refunds: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 7 days, and we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.

Local Delivery (Swan Hill Area): If you’re in Swan Hill, we’ll personally deliver your order to your door, no extra cost! We’ll be in touch to arrange a time.

 

Standard Shipping: We ship Australia-wide! Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and sent via standard delivery, which typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

 

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.

 

Order Tracking: Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
