What if I need to cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking up to 3 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations will incur a $10 fee. No shows will result in a fee of $15.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book up to 2 weeks in advance.
Can I book the studio for private events or classes?
Yes, our space is available for private events and classes. Please contact us to discuss availability and pricing.
What if my friend follows me into the studio?
We have a strict no tailgating policy. If someone tailgates you, it will lead to the suspension of your membership. If your friend is a member and it happens by mistake, please text or call us at 0438 722 782.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, memberships can be paused for the following reasons:

Up to 4 weeks per year for travel or medical reasons.

Up to 6 months for pregnancy or postpartum recovery.
How do I access the studio when I arrive?
Open your member app and log in if you're not already signed in. At the top center, you'll see a check-in button. Click on it, and as long as you're within 1.2 meters of the reader (located to the left of the door frame), you'll hear the door click open. Then, simply push to enter. Alternatively, if you have a fob, hold it directly against the door reader to unlock the door.
Are there any age restrictions for using the studio?
Yes, you must be 16 years or older to use our facilities.
How often do you properly clean all the equipment?
All equipment is cleaned daily to ensure a high standard of hygiene. If you think the cleaning can be improved or notice something is dirty, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
What do I do if I forget my headphones for my pilates class?
If you forget your headphones, no worries! We have a pair available at each reformer for you to use. If you use them, please remember to wipe them down after. If the studio isn’t busy, you’re also welcome to play the class out loud, but please be mindful of other members.
Is there parking available near the studio?
Yes, there are parking spaces available across the road from the studio, as well as in the Woolworths carpark. Additionally, there is parking in front of NAB on McCallum St, Both parking areas are roughly within a 50-100 meter distance from the studio.
What if I don’t have time for a full hour of Pilates?
That’s no problem at all. All slot times are 1 hour to make it easier for the booking system, but if for example you only wanted to do a 15 minute class you’re more than welcome to choose that class. Please just make sure you’re finished on your reformer bed within your allocated time period ready for the person who is booked after you.
What happens if I am running late to my booking?
These things happen! You’ll still have access to the studio. Just select a shorter class duration to ensure you finish within your scheduled time slot and don’t hold up the next person.
What safety measures are in place at the studio?
We are committed to the safety of all members, with duress alarms, defibrillators in each space, and security cameras throughout the studio to ensure a secure and safe environment.
Can I attend a class without a booking?
Unfortunately, you must book your class through the member app before arriving, as another member may have already reserved that time slot.
What happens if my reformer pilates kiosk pro screen isn’t working?
To reset the machine, press and hold the button on the bottom right of the back of the screen, then select restart. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please call 0438 722 782.
